The course takes off by an introduction to behaviour saved safety and how to develop a culture of safety among employees. Learners are to learn on the skills of detecting drug use and how to implement policies in the work place so that a drug free workplace is maintained. The course will also cover workstation ergonomics where one will learn tips and techniques on maintaining good posture at work stations. This is likely to foster long-term comfort and back safety for all concerned.
